Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 dash salt
    3/4 to 1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. all-purpose flour minus 1 Tbsp.
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Beat butter until soft.
    Add sugar and blend until creamy.
    Add vanilla and salt.
    Add chopped pecans. Sift all-purpose flour.
    Stir pecans and flour into butter mixture.
