Simple Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. burger
    1/4 tsp. basil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix burger, basil, salt, pepper and onion together; shape into patties.
    Brown in 1 teaspoon oleo or oil.
    Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Add to brown gravy mix and 1/2 cup water.
    Mix well.
    Add patties to this mixture and simmer 20 minutes.
