Salmon Cups(Good For Kids - Easy Dinner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can pink salmon, drained*
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    3 to 4 green onions, finely chopped (about 1/3 c.; optional)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    12 (1/2-inch) cubes Muenster or Cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.)
Preparation
    *Note:
    You can substitute 2 cans (6 1/2 ounces each) tuna in water, drained, for the salmon.
