Oven Chuck Roast And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chuck roast (about 1-inch thick)
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    6 carrots, peeled
    2 medium onions, peeled
    1/2 pkg. dried onion soup mix (shake before opening)
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Put meat in large Dutch oven and surround with the vegetables. Sprinkle with dry soup mix and pour canned soup over top.
    Cover and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Makes 4 servings.
