Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. plain flour
1 c. water
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Sift together sugar and flour and set aside.
Mix butter, oil, cocoa and water in pan and boil rapidly for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour boiling mixture into flour and sugar; mix well.
Then add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan 20 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Five minutes before cake is done, mix glaze (follows).
