Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 medium onion, sliced
2 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. shredded carrots
salt and pepper
Preparation

In Dutch oven, cook ground beef.
Add tomatoes and tomato juice.
Bring to boil and add onion.
Shred cabbage and carrots; add to pot.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer about 30 minutes. Freezes well.
