Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. undiluted chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    Topping
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, onion, pimento, eggs, mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and salt in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle topping over casserole.
    Chill for several hours to overnight.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Yield:
    8 servings.
