Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    2 lb. pkg. Tater Tots
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, salt, pepper and onion flakes.
    Press beef in 2-quart casserole dish. Combine soups and spread over beef. Stand Tater Tots on end on top of soup layer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
