Meatballs In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except soup, mixing well.
Divide mixture into thirds, making 10 meatballs from each section (30 in all).
Place in shallow baking dish and bake uncovered 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven; drain.
Combine mushroom soup and 1/2 cup water.
Pour over the meatballs and return to oven for 20 minutes.
Serve over buttered noodles.
