Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole or 8 halves boneless, skinless, cooked chicken
    1 (5 x 7-inch) box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice with seasonings
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into bite-size pieces. Cook rice according to package instructions. Add all other ingredients into chicken and rice mixture and put into deep casserole dish to allow room for stirring. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until hot and bubbly. Stir once or twice during baking.
