Ham And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ham
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
milk
water
potatoes (about 4 medium), cut up
salt (if needed)
pepper (if preferred)
Preparation

Cut ham in inch pieces.
Make gravy with butter and flour, but do not brown.
Add 1/2 milk and water to make gravy.
Put ham in gravy and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender.
