Corn Soup In Bread Bowls(For 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 small round loaves bread (i.e. sourdough)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small yellow onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    1 medium potato, peeled, cubed, parboiled until tender
    1/2 small green bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cut lid in bread and hollow out.
    Saute onion in margarine until tender, but not brown.
    Stir in corn, potato, bell pepper, half and half, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 15 minutes. Ladle soup into bread \"bowls\" and garnish with parsley.
