Hummer Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chocolate pie crusts
    almost 1/2 gal. French vanilla ice cream
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. rum
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Place in freezer for 4 hours, uncovered.
    Cover and will keep up to 2 weeks in freezer.
    This recipe will fill 2 ready-made pie crusts.
