Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large tomato, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
green onions, diced
1 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Bake corn bread mix according to directions, cool and crumble. Combine all ingredients.
