Graham Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 sq. finely rolled graham crackers (about 1/2 c. crumbs)
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Combine crumbs and flour.
Set aside.
In saucepan over high heat, heat water, margarine and salt until margarine melts and mixture boils. Remove from heat.
Quickly stir in crumb mixture, beating vigorously with wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pan in a ball. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until thoroughly blended.
Chill pan in ice water until completely cooled. Drop batter on cookie sheet in 6 mounds, swirling top of each.
Bake in preheated \"hot\" oven (400\u00b0) about 40 minutes.
Turn off oven. With sharp knife, make a small slit in side of each puff.
Leave puffs in oven with door closed 30 minutes longer. Cool.
Cut off top of puffs carefully with sharp knife. Fill with your favorite creamy pudding filling.
Makes 6 servings.
