Baked Squash Ritz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash (yellow)
    2 large beaten eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion; drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients and put in greased casserole.
    Top with 1/4 cup additional crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
