Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound hot sausage
    1 pound mild sausage
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    8 oz. French onion dip
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    30 oz. package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Combine cheese, soup and dip, onion and peppers and mix well.
    Fold into hash browns.
    Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9/13 pan.
    Top with 1/2 sausage.
    Spread rest of mixture on top ending with sausage.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    Serves 12-14.
