*Fruit Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    miniature marshmallows
    crushed pineapple, drained
    sliced bananas (about 3)
    apricots, drained
    1 large pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. pineapple juice (saved from crushed pineapple)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. Dream Whip (which makes 2 c. when whipped)
    grated cheese
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish, place a layer of each of the following in the bottom:
    miniature marshmallows, crushed pineapple, sliced bananas and apricots.
    Prepare lemon jello as directed on the back of package and pour over the layered fruit. Let congeal.
    Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated overnight to congeal.
