Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. mashed sweet potatoes or yams
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/3 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, salt, butter, pineapple and juice.
    Place half of mixture in a buttered casserole dish.
    Top with half the marshmallows.
    Add remaining half of the potato mixture.
    Arrange pecans on top.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover the last 10 minutes before serving and add the rest of the marshmallows.
