Pressed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chickens, boiled and deboned (save broth)
    pork roast, boiled and deboned
    salt and pepper to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
    envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Place chicken and pork roast in a large kettle.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Put gelatin in 1 cup cold water.
    Add to chicken mixture. Place in 3 glass loaf pans.
    You may have to press down the meat to drain off some of the juice.
