Butter Rings Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. oleo
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 cake yeast
1/4 c. warm milk
1 c. milk
3 egg yolks

Preparation

Mix flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and salt.
Work oleo and raisins into the mixture.
Mix together the yeast, 1/4 cup warm milk and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Add this to 1 cup milk into which 3 egg yolks have been added.
Combine this mixture with the flour mixture; refrigerate overnight.
