Zucchini Squash Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. grated zucchini squash
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation

Mix Bisquick and cheese.
Stir in eggs and butter or oleo. Fold in zucchini.
Fry in butter or oleo.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
