Chocolate Trifle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (19.8 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
1/2 c. strong brewed coffee
3 (3.9 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 (1.4 oz.) English toffee flavored candy bars, crushed
Preparation

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, omitting chilling.
Place 1/3 crumbled brownie mix in bottom of a 3-quart trifle dish (glass bowl on stem).
Top with 1/3 pudding, 1/3 whipping topping and 1/3 crushed candy bars.
Repeat layers twice with remaining ingredients, ending with crushed candy bars.
Chill 8 hours.
Yields 16 to 18 servings.
