Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. carrots
    1/4 c. red or green pepper
    1 c. cucumber
    1 small onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grind each vegetable, one at a time, in blender or food processor.
    Drain well.
    Mix vegetables with sour cream and lemon juice.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes about 60 small sandwiches.
