Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
5 c. sliced potatoes, sliced, cooked and peeled (about 5 medium)
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

In saucepan, melt margarine over low heat.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually add milk; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat.
Add the salt, Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese; stir until cheese melts.
Add potatoes; stir gently to mix.
Place in a greased 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
