Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck or venison
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    2 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1 onion, chunked
    3 1/2 c. tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. tapioca (Minute)
Preparation
    Cut meat in 1-inch squares.
    Cut all vegetables in good size pieces.
    Place all vegetables and meat in roasting pan.
    Mix tapioca with tomato juice and pour over ingredients.
    Cook in a 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
