Round Steak-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    pepper and salt
    flour
    3 or 4 potatoes
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Cut steak into small bite size.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
    Brown in fat. Alternate layers of steak, potatoes and onion in a covered casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
