Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced raw carrots
    4 oz. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salted water.
    Mash and add butter, milk and eggs.
    Fold in cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
