Pork Chop-Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 large potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Put potatoes in square baking pan.
    Put pork chops on top of potatoes.
    Mix together soup, water and sour cream.
    Pour over pork chops.
    Cover and seal with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
