Lemon Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

1 lb. Chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. Lemon pepper
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup white vinegar
2 Cup prepared rice
Preparation

Fry chicken in oil until brown. Add lemon pepper, soy sauce, and white vinegar. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
