Skinny Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. low sugar orange marmalade
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade.
    Process until smooth and creamy.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Yield: About 1 1/3 cups of dip.
