Creamy Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 cucumbers, pared and sliced
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. minced onion or chives
2 Tbsp. lemon juice or tarragon vinegar
dash of black pepper
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (light may be used)

Preparation

Mix all seasoning ingredients with sour cream.
Pour over sliced cucumbers and chill until ready to serve.
