Surprise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. water
    3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups flour and 2 cups sugar in mixing bowl; set aside. Cook together 1 stick margarine and shortening, 1 cup water and cocoa.
    Let come to a boil.
    Pour over flour and sugar mixture. Mix well.
    Add buttermilk, eggs, salt, vanilla and soda.
    Mix well and pour into cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
