Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, diced
    2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. onion powder
    3 1/2 c. nonfat milk
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water for 20 minutes.
    Melt margarine in medium saucepan and add flour.
    Add onion powder, then pour in milk to make a smooth sauce.
    Add cooked potatoes to sauce, water included.
    Add salt and cheese.
    You may thin the soup with hot water, if desired.
