Amish Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs/legs
    8 c. water
    1 c. chopped celery or celery leaves
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. pkg. noodles
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Cook the first 5 ingredients.
    Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Remove chicken pieces. Bone when cooled.
    Chop into small pieces.
    Bring liquid back to full boil.
    Add noodles and bouillon cubes.
    Reduce heat; stir frequently.
    When done (15 minutes), add chicken.
    Stir well but gently and serve.
    Add hot water if too thick.
