Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. corn oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick margarine, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation

Cake:
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sift together flour, cinnamon and baking soda.
In another bowl cream together sugar and corn oil.
Combine ingredients and add the eggs and grated carrots.
Fold and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
