Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, sliced thin
    2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
    1 c. onion, sliced thin
    1 c. vegetable broth
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Pour oil in wok and preheat on high for 3 minutes.
    Place meat in hot oil.
    Stir-fry.
    Turn meat occasionally.
    Add celery.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add onion.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    (When pan gets dry, add vegetable broth as needed.)
    Add mushrooms and green peppers.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add remaining vegetable broth and soy sauce.
    Serve over cooked rice.
