Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat butter, 3/4 cup
sugar, milk, egg and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to butter mix, blending well after each addition. Turn into greased and floured 8 or 9-inch baking pan. Top with apples, then sprinkle with remaining sugar combined with cinnamon. Bake 40 minutes.
