Slow Cooker Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Melt butter and cheese in slow cooker on low, stirring to mix well.
Stir in vanilla.
Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together. Add to cheese mixture gradually, mixing well after each addition. Stir in pecans.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
Let stand until firm.
Cut into squares.
