Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 chopped hot peppers
    2 c. chopped bell peppers
    7 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Grind peppers and mix with sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
    Add Certo.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Strain.
    Let set for 5 minutes.
    Add food coloring, red or green if you like.
    Pour into jars and seal.
