Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil chicken about 25 minutes, until done.
    Cool, debone and remove skin.
    Break up into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Mix sour cream and soup.
    Pour over chicken.
    Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted margarine.
    Spread over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can be frozen and used later.
