Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1 c. applesauce
    5 egg whites
Preparation
    Blend dry ingredients and cereal.
    Add liquid until moist. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes enough muffins for later use. Will keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 weeks.
