Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    4 large eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    chocolate wafers, crushed
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth.
    Butter a large pie plate; dust with crushed chocolate wafer crumbs.
    Pour mixture in and bake for 15 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool slightly.
    Mix sugar (about 3 tablespoons), sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla together.
    Pour on top and bake another 20 minutes.
    Cooking time is 30 to 45 minutes.
