Ingredients

1 sponge cake
red raspberry or strawberry jam
8 macaroons, broken
2 c. egg custard
10 oz. whipped cream
sliced almonds
red and green maraschino cherries
Preparation

Spread the sponge cake with jam.
Cut up in small pieces. Place in large bowl.
Place macaroons on top.
Pour thickened custard all over.
Spread whipped cream over top.
Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
Decorate with cherries so it resembles the queen's crown.
