Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    2 eggs, boiled
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. peas and carrots
    1/4 tsp. rubbed sage (optional)
Preparation
    Cook the chicken and remove from bones.
    Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Slice the eggs and place on top of the chicken.
    Put the peas and carrots over the chicken.
