Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

4 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp. dried
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
2 eggs
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Cook and stir zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes; stir in parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano. Combine 2 beaten eggs and the Mozzarella cheese.
Stir in the zucchini mix.
Separate crescent rolls; arrange in 8 x 12-inch baking dish, pinching perforations and pushing up sides of dish. Spread crust with mustard and turn in zucchini mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
