Orange Carrot Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes orange Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    6 to 8 ice cubes
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. Angel Flake coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add ice cubes.
    Cool until slightly set.
    Cream together mayonnaise and cream cheese.
    Stir in crushed pineapple and grated carrots.
    Add mixture to slightly set Jell-O.
    Pour into dish and sprinkle with coconut.
