Canned Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. sliced okra
    2 Tbsp. canning salt
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Place in a large cooking vessel and add enough water just to cover.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes after mixture comes to a boil.
    Place in sterilized jars.
    Jars and lids need to be hot.
    Seal.
    Invert jars for 5 minutes.
