Red-Raspberry Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh red raspberries (freeze on cookie sheet; does better if raspberries are frozen)
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine egg, milk and oil.
Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into liquid mixture until moistened.
Quickly and gently, fold in raspberries and nuts. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
