Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. oil
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1/8 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 can tomato soup
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook carrots in small amount of water for 5 minutes.
    Drain. Saute oil, onion and green pepper over medium heat.
    Add sugar, vinegar and soup; bring to a boil.
    Salt to taste.
    Serve hot or cold (much better cold).
